Instructions for Speakers
Official Language
The official language of the conference is English, which should be used in all printed materials, presentation, and discussion.
Oral Presentation
Presentation time (including discussion)
Plenary speakers: 45 min
Invited speakers: 25 min
Speakers in the industrial session: 15 min
Contributed oral speakers: 15 min
Industrial session: 15 min
Student oral session: 12 min
-A VGA (analog RGB, D-sub 15 pin) connection for projection is available in each room.
-We recommend bringing your own PC for presentation.
Poster Presentation
-Usable space on each board: W1200 mm × H1950 mm
-Push-Pins will be provided.
-Poster number will be indicated on each poster board.
-Posters must be set-up between 15:00 and 17:30 on 20th November.
-Posters must be removed immediately after the poster session and no later than 20:00.
Social Events
Welcome Reception
All registrants are invited to the reception to be held during the poster session.
Date and time: Monday 20th, 2017, 18:00-19:30
Location: Foyer
Student Party
A student party will be held in the evening on Tuesday. All participants are requested to bring the party ticket.
Date and time: Tuesday 21st, 2017, 18:10-
Meet at 17:50 at Lobby on 1st floor of Okayama convention center.
Banquet
A banquet with ZEN experience will be held on the evening of 22nd November 2017. All participants are requested to
wear the name badge and bring the banquet ticket provided at the time of registration.
Buses to the banquet venue will leave at 16:20 from the outside of the lobby on the 1st floor.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi access is available in each session room and in the foyer.
No passwords are required to access for internet connection.
Coffee Break
Coffee, soft drinks, and snacks will be available in the foyer, 3rd floor, during the café break.
Exhibition
An exhibition will be held concurrently with the conference in the foyer, 3rd floor
